Hi my name is Maxwell Skoyen, I am a 3rd year 4H member but this is my first year with a beef project as I was in light horse for 2 years. I have a Speckle Park X Simmental named Jambu that is short and stocky. Jambu is easy to catch although he didn't want to eat grain at the start but is now rapidly gaining weight and eating good! He was 610 lbs at weigh in and on April 18th weighed 992 lbs.
