Hi! my name is Rory DeSmet, I am 16 and this is my eighth year in 4-H. This year my steer’s name is Sheldon and he is a black angus simmental cross. I am feeding him a finisher ration that contains barley, some oats and 32% beef supplements plus free choice grass hay. He is my big puppy dawg. He has gained well and is a prime specimen.
